Hi team,
I want to know is the agreement of contract/ bond legal in a pvt ltd firm mentioning that 3 months salary will be retained if the employee want to leave before completion of bond period ?
Secondly want to know can employee retain one month salary of new joinee ?
Thirdly can employee add mobile reimbursement 1000 rs in ctc components n already deduct it even the mobile bill comes to 600 rs & rest is not paid back to employee , is this legal
