I manage a team of recruiters and work for other companies as such. I have been tasked to create a incentive plan for the employees. I have drawn the basic cost and impact of the incentives to the company.
I am stuck with the payout cycle. how is it calculated. should the recruiters incentive be calculated on the shortlists per month or joining per month or how many closures in a month.
Completely confused as to what should be the target and how to calculate it.
