Respected Seniors, I work in an Organization as Asst. Manager HR. The organization is facing a serious financial crunch and there is no new job/projects in hand. So organization is unable to pay salary to the employees timely since 3months. Sr. Management staff are saying if anyone gets any chance anywhere, you may Summit your paper and leave the organization. But employees are not willing to leave, even after not getting salary since 3 months. So, can management officially declare to reduce salary ? or what are the possible ways to reduce staff with minimum liabilities. Please advise, can any organization reduce one employee's salary, and what are procedure for it?
I am awaiting for the feedback and advice very urgently.
