Any company irrespective of whether it is a Indian company or subsidiary of a foreign company they have to following the statutory requirements as per Indian law. They may get certain relief only if they are in a Special Economic Zone which is mostly finance oriented. Of course MNC's with foreign direct investment can get clearances through a single window system
