Hi seniors,
I am an HR Executive in a software firm in kochi. I have joined in June 2007, soon after my mBA. I am the only HR person here & takes care of the whole HR activities in the orgn.
Now, I am designing a career growth plan for the staff in my office & therefore I would also like to desgn a carrer chart for myself. Kindly give me some tips / sample career growth chart at the earliest.

Firstly, you see your profile.
secondly, you see what are the requirements in the market.
thirdly, after then see where you stand.
if you want more to develop your skills then go ahead
then u can make your carrer path.
you see whether it is good to work oin this company, whre your carrer stands et.
then share some views after lookikng into this
