Hi
Project Management Officer is shortly termed as PMO.
They play a pivotal role in project management.
They act as co ordinaters among different project heads and they are supposed to be the one stop shop for all requirements ,datas, statistics, and status regarding the projects that are in vogue.
If u need the exact KRAs I'll send that next week.

Dear Amarnath,
Greetings,
There is no doubt about the fact that your HR Skills will certainly come handy in the role of Project Management Officer(PMO).
Normally, PMO is used as an acronym to Project Management Office/Program Management Office.
Over n above that you would need to be well acquinted with Project Management Discipline as an individual. For reference purpose, visit www.pmi.org & try n get hold of PMBoK (Project Management Body of Knowledge).
I would recommend you reading PMBoK before any other information on PMO.
Primary role as PMO would involve ensuring communication & coordination across diverse project stakeholders.

For my PMP exam prep, I took the complimentary 200 question simulated test by PMstudy and found it very helpful. We can register for free on PMP Training, PMP certification, PMP Exam Prep Classes | PMstudy. I also tried their PMP practice test by paying just $25.
