IS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE PREVIOUSE COMPANIES RESIGNATION ACCEPTENCE LETTER FROM THEIR? OTHER WISE THEY HELD UP MY PF AMOUNT NOT TO WITHDRAW OR TRANSFER TO MY CURRENT JOB? WHAT I HAVE TO DO?

Hi Mr.Manjunatha,
please give your UAN to the new employer that's enough.
Your previous employer cannot hold your PF amount because EPF & EPS is maintained by Employee Provident Fund Organization.

In addition, your new organization HR should ask you to fill Form 13 PF Transfer Claim Form. Your PF transfer process shall take 90 Days.

HI S K MANJUNATHA,
Kindly get your previous company PF A/c Number with UAN nos,
Then you can login your UAN member portal you can add your previous employment details on your portal.
Their itself you can fill your form 13 and transfer your old PF A/c nos to Current EPF A/c Nos.
Required Details,(Transfer claim through online member portal )
1.Employee Name (As per ecr or How they are given your into PF Office)
2, Date of Joining (EPF &EPS)
3.Date of Exit (EPF & EPS)
4,UAN Number should be Activated
5.Bank Account number details
6.Current Company EPF A/c Nos.
These are the details should be have then only you can able to transfer old PF a/c to new PF a/c, Then only previous & present employer has to Approve your request.
