What does your agreement bond exactly say??
Was any special training given to you for the job?
What is the job you are doing?
Have you got any medical advice about your health problem?
Did health problem come up after joining the job or before itself??
Why are they not giving you appointment order?
Is the appointment only verbal?
Is mode of payment through bank or cash or individual cheque??
My suggestion I would avoid addressing forum members hi dears.
Little bit of formality would be in order, since there are many senior HR professionals and other very learned members in the forum.
More details about the employment etc would help in giving answers.

Hello Saanguda,

Further to what Nathrao mentioned/suggested, pl confirm IF you have submitted/shown the Doctor's Certificate about your health problem to your Company?

And by ".....submitted/shown....", I mean formally & in writing? If not, suggest e-mail a scanned copy to your boss & HR from your official mail ID with a cc/bcc: to your personal mail ID [you MIGHT need the proof of submission later].

And which sort of Doctor have you consulted.......a general physician/MBBS or a Specialist? If it's only a MBBS, suggest take another Certificate from a ENT Specialist. Certificates from MBBS Doctors are dime-a-dozen.....so their sanctity is usually suspect from an Employer's perspective.

There's one thing odd in what you have mentioned--you don't have any formal/official Appointment Letter, no salary slips, BUT YET have a Bond? Or is this too only verbal?

IF the Bond is in writing, pl mention here the EXACT wordings used about the 2.5 yrs service & 1 Lakh clauses.

And also pl give detailed response to Nathrao's queries too.

That will enable the members to give better actionable suggestions.

But, prima facie, looks like you don't really need to worry & loose your sleep.

Rgds,

TS
