I did my MBA in Finance in the year 2013 under Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and also did PGDM course in IT . While doing MBA i was working with MNC and I worked for 1.6 years as a financial associate.
In may'2013 i left the job and shifted to some other place and currently I am searching job in Kolkata in Finance field. I have 2 years of employment gap. For the last 1 year, I am looking for job in Kolkata but I am not getting it. If I get selected also I don't receive the offer letter. Why so?? I really do not understand where am I lacking? I am really worried and tense about my career and life. :( :(
Even I have tried for government job also but not succeed.

I sympathise with your position.
First I would suggest make a proper CV/resume in professional manner.
Keep applying for jobs and while going for interview, prepare well and speak in a manner that the company should see advantages in hiring you.
How are you explaining the two year gap in your CV/resume.?
Sometimes this kind of delays take place in securing suitable jobs.In the interim period if possible add further relevant qualifications which should get you hired.
Face interviews with confidence .
I am sure you will soon get a suitable job.
Do not loose heart and become over eager during job interviews.
