one of our employee in the final inspection department was did a mistake deliberately (diagonal sticker removed and re-fix in wrong direction) and we found the same through our CCTV, and she accepted the mistake, later we issued show cause notice asking her explanation, she is continuing her work, even after 4th day we didn't receive any replay from her. what is the next step we have to take against her. whether we can terminate her from the service? if we can what is the procedure?

what is the given notice period??
you say she has accepted her mistake or negligence, what was the result of her mistake, does it result in harm??
If not, she seems to be unaware of it's importance, just give her the lessons about the importance and consequences, warn her and include if she repeats she will be terminated from the employment.... (take a letter signed by her that if she repeats such acts she can be terminated without notice) Some boys and girls do such stupid acts, kinda immatured, they just do it blindly or for fun without realizing it's effect......
