Dear All,
I am working in a manufacturing company as a PRO. Now our company wants to take action against two employees who fought during working hours. But in our company there is no HR policy, Leave policy except travel policy. On which basis show cause notice can be given to two employees. Can employees take action against a company after receiving show cause ?

It is called " Show cause notice" not " so cause notice".
So how long the employee is found using mobile in Plant area. Whether any verbal warning issued him to already. Any written warning letter issued to him already ? If not better issue a warning letter for using mobile in Plant area.
