Dear All, Iam an MBA HR and worked four years as an hr exec. and took a break of 8 years as i had to take care of my kids. Now i want to re-start my career but due to this long gap not getting opportunities, i also completed SAP hr training but didnt help much, pls suggest where to begin, thanks.
