Leave On Ground Of Accident

hi, i just wanted to know what is the rule in case of earned leave for a employee who has met with an accident. he has in balance of 150 Privilege leave can he be allowed to be given full leave he has been absent for around 127 days . we are a pvt ltd company. please advise

of course you can adjust his balance leave otherwise you will have to pay in his full and final so its better except giving in his full and final give it now
