Election Notice 2013 By Labour Office - Madhya Pradesh(Updated)

Labour Commissioner Office, Madhya Pradesh has released a notice regarding election on 25 Nov. 2013(Monday) which invokes the voting right of employees as per Factories Act 1948 and Shops and Establishment Act 1958. PFA the notice and implement accordingly.

Dear Hekarthi,
The Representation of Peoples Act, 1951 is a Central Act & hence it is applicable to all the States/Union Territories. Letter issued by the Election Commission of India is also sent to all the Chief Secretaries of States/UTs.
