Please feel free to call me in case you are not able to give all required information like background etc., from where you come and qualificaitons etc., for a detailed discussion on what can fit in at this point of time. You also need to understand that career decisions need to be taken much more in tune with different aspects of personal life and choices else we end up changing them quite often.

Thank you for your reply. I have worked in a BPO, international. I would like to proceed my career in Training and Development. While working, I had exposed myselft to few training programs. I am planning to appear for few interviews as a process trainer. Hence I would like to know the kind of questions I will be asked. Few pointers that I could think of are :
What is throughput? How do you calculate this.
How do you handle a trainee who is not very interested?
How do you catch the attention of the audience?
What are the kind of reports a trainer should work on?
What are the points you need to keep in mind while interacting with the client?
How will you conduct the refreshers?
What are the KRAs of the trainer?
Could you please help me with the above questions. Also, help me with few courses which will enhance my training skills and if I can do certification.
