In one of the organisation some employees agree to working overtime some employees not agree it means(70%and30%) can you explaine how to solve the problem.

The one who "does what he/she loves" will dedicate his/her time to it most (even it has OT or not)
The one who "loves what he/she does" will make up his/her mind to do it even it's not like no. 1 type. However, he/she is still quite o.k. to work overtime.
The one who doesn't has neither does what he/she loves nor loves what he/she does is fallen into 30%.
"Heart" is the solution. If you would like to solve any problems, please look at people's "HEART" first.
