I wanna calculate the retention per Quarter
so the 1st the Quarter I have 27 leavers
when I tried this sheet
that was the result
total no. of days / total no. of employees = 1750
help please

There are some KPIs that we have to meet as far as retention is concerned, but ours is a more complicated system of a regular turnover. So thanks anyway, in case i come up with something more interesting, i shall send that to you.
