You are B.Tech but want to go with HRM, why??

See the very first thing you must need to discover in you what you want to do with your career/professional life. The path need to be elected based on aim, interest and specialization which helps to achieve the set objectives and targets for life.

Second, your question about difference between PGDBA in HR or PGDHRM is itself says the difference. It is just like a Management of a company and Human Resource Management in a Company. PGDBA is totally business oriented course has few different business subjects under the curriculum then Human Resource specialised course PDHRM such as MIS, Marketing and Production Operation, Sales, Service & Distribution etc. Apart from that PDHRM which is HRM specialised course containing complete knowledge study of the areas related to Human Resource such as Labour Laws and Industrial Relations, Strategic HR and so on..

Go to SCDL website and found the subjects details yourself first and decide what you wanna do.
