Hello head hunters!
I am working as HR Executive in Direct Sales industry.
The hard part of my job is recruitment of direct sales executives/representatives and the managerial category.
my queries are...
1. What are the maximum sources of getting the Sales Executives in the Metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore etc.?
2. What are the retention strategies?
3. We need to have more number of Sales Executives in our locations for our operations because our product is fast moving but the problem is finding the Sales Team.
4. Any other suggestions apart from this.

Hi Jagdeesh,
I'll try to give your answers,
1. What are the maximum sources of getting the Sales Executives in the Metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore etc.?
1. Sources for getting database or candidates, everywhere is quite same. These sources could be-
# job websites.
#job postings
#references( I found these most relevant)
#Campus placements (most u'll find here also)
2. These could be few retention strategies -
#good policies
#compensation
#Incentive schemes
#slow target addition
#senior encouragement
#proper and transparent appraisal system
3. The answer could be same as the first one.
4. let me know as you proceed....
Hope it helps..

Hi Jagdeesh,
Apart from Deepali's points..since you are in Direcr Sales Industry..you need quick performers who can start firing from day One..to achieve your company's sales & goals..
Head hunt staff from similar companies/ndustry..
This topic of head hunting has been covered..in case you are unable to do so give the brief to agencies..or
Get the senior guy in each sector to decide his team..
Good luck!!
