I work as the Senior HR Officer at my company and I am responsible for drafting and implementing systems and processess in the HRD.
I have drafted a MIS sheet for tracking the joining activities and more importantly to track the vendor activity & billing dates.
I would request all senior as well as junior managers to mail me your feedback on this MIS format and I would also request you all to also mail me the MIS format you all implement so that I can double check it with the one I have drafted.
