MIS in HR is the prescribed periodical report, as an important part of Decision Support System, to be received from various departments to enable the management to see at a glance the activities/ achievement of the set targets of the various departments and to find remedies and solutions to the problems faced by the department by making proper adjustments by fresh recruitment of the needed manpower, arranging trainings or by making transfer from one department to the other for smooth functioning of the organization.
