Thank you for your reply. Actually I am interested in total training system. In Bangladesh we have three parts of training
1. Product knowledge
2. Role playing
3. On-the job training
I am interested to know about the first two types. How you are giving products knowledge except lecture method and how you are doing the role playing session?
