What are the guidelines that you have received for your write-up? Is there any specific sector that you need to focus on? What about the guidelines on citations? Please find my suggestions attached below:
  • You may select any one HR process from Recruitment to payroll.
  • Please define how the process works. Start with the point of initiation and end with the last step.
  • Explain with complete process flow charts and escalations. Identify any bottle neck as you study it.
  • Define the contributions required by different teams towards the information sharing and process ownership.
  • Mention every legal, statutory and industry standards that is required to be maintained.
  • Zero down on any one of the sector and company to make a valid statement about the process that you are writing.
  • Quote any process expert , if required as per the guidelines of your project to add on to the validity of the information that you offer.
