Hi Friends!
i need a list of activities which fall under OD. I don't know exactly which all activities come under the perview of OD.
what i know is that any activity carries out for the interest of all all comes under the OD activity. i.e. circular on notice board, Safety guidlines, cultural change quote - there is ni I in the team etc.
Pl help to clarify my doubts and suggest list of activities which lead to OD.

Hi Bobby,
OD in itself is a complete subject and the activities involved many things, which cannot be listed unless you have a proper understanding of the subject.
The things you are asking for are just the methods of introducing change in the organisation...OD comprises of much more such as, change management, succession planning, training and development, career planning and many more such activities.
Let us know in little more details, that what exactly are you looking for? Are you planning for OD in your company? WHat are the problem areas which you want to deal with??

Hi All,
This in furtherance to the suggested activities for OD. Primarily, I am a new HR in this company. I want to change the culture of its people. The Top Management focus and preached the practice of customer intimacy but sad to say they are not even practicing it as leaders. I am planning to conduct a one whole course training for Managements, Leadership principles and the core competencies and soft skills. Can you suggest OD related activities which I can integrate into our monthly recognition activity (because it becomes routinary also) the purpose or objective is gone- and more OD activities which I can integrate in these training/s.
