Attrition Calculation Xls Download - Attrition Rate

Dear All,
Can you let me know how to calculate attrition rate when comparing two months; say May over April.
If 50 employees left in April and 20 in May; The number of employees as on April 30 were 1600

Thanks Pradeep. The second sheet is protected and hence I cannot see the calculation/workings. Do you know about the calculations. Is employee turnover and attrition rate the same thing?
