Hi ,
I want to implement termination process at my company for poor performance .
1st we need to give warning letter to the employee stating that he/she need to improve the performance within - month . Employee should agree for the same and sign in the warning letter .
After - month PM should conduct a review and if still PM is not satisfied with the employee performance a second warning letter will issued and a span of - month will be given to the employee to prove himself/herself.
At the end of the - month if nothing seems changed then a termination letter can be issued stating that despite two levels of warning we have not seen any change in your level of performance .
For this process can any one suggest me the good waring letter .
I have searched in citehr /google but i am unable to download to verify the formats.

Dear Vani
There is a small suggestion from my side in this regard. Instead of using the term Warning letter you can word it differently. Something like a "performance improvement plan" ..etc. You can give time lines and periodic reviews against this plan which can be tracked by both the PM as well as the respective HR Manager.
Shall try sharing the format too .
Regards
Radhika
