Dear Ravi
None of the employees earn less than Rs 10000/- p m , we are not a "manufacturing unit" , we provide mediclaim to all our employees . Hence I am wondering if an "accident register " should be maintained at the office as that is really a statutory req under the ESI act . The "shops and est act " does not spell out the need to have such a register
