Many Time, It is observed that without getting sufficient basic / fundamental knowledge of HR...students wish to think ahead of advance certifications. There are some short courses available but for freshers , I feel , it will be difficult. In case, he / she get those certifications then again students fails look beyond the obvious. The corporate will surely prefer those candidates who have some experience / maturity of certain specialised areas of HR fraternity.
The certifications do have importance but understanding core / basic concept of HR are equally important.

Dear,
Now a days co. focus on experience. If you hold hands on experience, that is more than enough. In the requirement or JD certificates won' t take place if you you are an experience holder. It would be helpful if you are a fresher.
