Hi All,
I work as a Sr.Manager in a software co. today interestingly one of my collegues requested for conversion of few of his EL to CL since he has exhausted all CL to his credit.
I have never heard of such a possibility.
In anyone's experience, has such a thing being done?

Conversion of earned leave to casual leave is not possible. In case, CL has been exhuasted, he can avail EL if leave policy of your organization permits to allow short term leaves. Regards, Sivadasan

unable to understand the reason for conversion.if he doesnot have C L in credit than he can avail EL.
