Is settlement of claim amount depend upon ESIC?

please send me the details of this If the company is registerd under ESIC who will give the meternity benefit (Employee is also under ESIC benefit) 1 Company or 2 ESIC

Employees monthly gross salary is Rs. 9000/- his monthly contribution towards ESIC is(Rs. 157.5/- + Rs. 427.5/- = Rs. 585/-) and yearly contribution is Rs. 585/- * 12 = Rs. 7020/-.
After one year of service now the employee is eligible for maternity benefit. As per ESI act she gets 3 months salary against maternity benefit i.e Rs. 9000/- * 3 = Rs. 27000/-.
Now in this case what would be the claim settlement amount? What claim amount she will get Rs. 7020/- (ESI contribution ) or Rs. 27000/- ( maternity benefit).
