Hi Sharath ,
Can you put on some more facts that right now what kind of profile do you have in ICICI Cards PBO. Are you working as a Telemarketing Exec or in some other role out there. That would help in helping you out

Hi Sharath,
HR tself is a very wide term.2 yrs before I was also working as a CCE in an international call center.Thru IJP I got an opurtunity to work in HR dept. You can also check for IJP(Internal Job Posting/Internal Job Promotions) in your company.
Secondly if u r not HR qualified then you can check out the recruitment to start with.
Secondly I would advise to go for IT recruitments or middle and senior level recruitments in BPOs which is more challenging and offers long term career growth.

Hi JSC,
I think if you consider this as a part time job, then in my view it is not a bad path but as a full time career I think working in a call centre is not a long time career since you easily tend to get bored with your job since there is no variation in the job other than you bieng stuck in your head set full time. It offers no actual career growth or challanges.
It's just my view!!!
