Well, you or your team can play any game on friday's for half an hour.
you can play dumb sharades, tambola, cricket, football, etc with your teams.
We as HR people usually play like this to get some refreshment from the daily routine of hectic work.
Implement this in your team and plz let me know will it work or not ??

Dear Uma,
Yes it’s very true that call centre executives gets stress very easily due to night shifts, calling hours and targets.
Here are some activities that we execute at our centre
Every three to six month’s - plan either picnics, movies or parties. Moreover don’t forget celebrating some special days like friendship, rose, traditional days etc. Inform them to wear different dress codes/ colour on some festivals.
Make arrangements of celebrating together employee’s birthdays at the month end by getting some cake, cold drinks and snacks.
Arrange for Annual day, arrange for some certificate for best performance, attendance, loyalty bonus etc.
All such activities will surely refresh their minds and motivate them.
Best Regards, Tina

Hi! You can also check the option of conducting a once-a-week yoga class for half-an-hour. Best of luck!
