Here I want to share an excellent opportunity with you…SOIL (School of Inspired Leadership) is established by Mr. Anil Sachdeva, founder and CEO (former director of Eicher) of SOIL & Mr. Nishche Suri President of SOIL (former global leader and principle of HEWITT ASSOCIATE).

SOIL offers two Post Graduate Programs (one year full time) in Leadership. The programs are comparable to regular two year full time MBA programs offered by business schools across the world:

§ Agreement with 45 NGOs; one day in a week all the students will be working for a NGO.

§ Re-enforcement of what have been learnt so far.
§ All Candidates applied need to undergo “Caliper” test which provide with insights into an individual's characteristics, potential and motivation, and to develop an objective perspective on an applicant's strengths and areas for development. The report of the test will be shared to every applicant for free (Otherwise this test costs $200)


§ Programme Curriculum
o Relevant high quality curriculum designed in partnership with academicians and industry, focused on organizational issues
o Faculty hand picked from leading business schools across countries – Stanford, INSEAD, IIM, Ohio University etc and will be available in person to teach and mentor

§ International Standards
o Faculty student ratio 1:15
o Every student is assigned a Business Leader as a mentor
o Individual Learning Program (ILP)
o Live Case studies through theatres/role-plays
