I am working as an HR for more than 2 years and recentely being looking for a change - I have completely lost touch of the process of giving interviews.
Few days back i had gone for a interview where i think at the start i did very well but later when asked about the "S" & "W" i was completely blank - i was just was not expecting this question.
- Can i have the technically correct answer for "Tell me about your Strengths & Weakness"
