Hi All,
I am Tarakeshwar.A. Completed my Mechanical Engineering and planning to join MBA.. But am a bit confused about which branch to join. As of now, I have taken some psychometric tests to evaluate myself and my strengths. Not sure whether they are 100% accurate, but after seeing those results, I thought of choosing HR as my major. I have attached some of the results for anyone to see and analyze my strengths, please suggest the best branch of MBA for me. Please throw some light on this and help me out seniors..

Hi Tarakeshwar, since you have an engineering degree, the most apt option for you is to pursue masters in the same field. This will expose you to the depths of the field. You can opt for a MBA if you are looking for management/executive jobs. If your interest lies in technical field, then opt for masters rather than a MBA. Job experience would be an added advantage.
