Hi,
PF is deducted on basic salary of upto Rs. 6500. Contribution 12% each from Employees & Employers end. Employers contribution divided in 2 parts, 8.33% contribution to Pension Scheme & 3.67% to PF.
There are various other charges which the employer has to contribute like:
There are other contribution also made from the employer's side, they are as under:
.5% of pension salary - towards - A/c No. 21
1.1% of the Basic Salary - towards - A/C No. 2
.01% of pension salary - towards - A/C No. 22
