Factories Rules Applicaple To Daman

Can you anyone please explain me factory rules applicable to Daman Union Territory? I would like to know wether Daman has Separate factory rules. and if possible could you please provide Compliance checklist which can be used in Uttarakhand State?

Yes, there is a seperate factories Rule for Daman.
It is published in the Official Gazette (Extraordinary) Series I, No. 5, dated 3-5-1985
by government of Goa, Daman & diU- Industries & labour Department
Rule is the Goa, Daman & Diu Factories Rule, 1985
