Kindly advise on how best l can come up with a salary structure. A job evaluation was conducted three months ago and now l have to develop a corporate salary structure having a minimum and maximum salary per grade e.g the lowest paid general worker earns zim$28000 per month l would like to come up with the maximum for this grade and so on.

Decide the number of years for which the employee works in a certain grade, and also the resoanable increments in that period. May be Half yearly or Anually. Then you can automatically arrive at what should be the maximum pay in that grade,
