Hi Seniors,
Kindly provide a format of agreement/bond between employee and employers before going into any type training, as there has been instances were people after taking training on particular area have left the organization.
Kindly reply, its really urgent.

Hello Shipra. Have you consulted your solicitior? Even if an employee signs a bond, the employer then exacting some kind of penalty (such as denial of overtime, bonus payment, leave entitlement, etc) may be illegal in your country/province. That’s not to say that a signed agreement cannot have value in forging a commitment, but be careful where you treat it as a legally binding document.
