Dear All,
Kindly note, I am working as Asst.Manager HR in one IT hardware networking company.
this is with reference to my query regarding policy for "employee welfare fund" as we have take personal accident and mediclaim for our employee and of course those who are eligible for ESIC we have covered them under the same but what if in case due to some accident or disease the expenditure increase then the policy?
What are the practices followed generally to cope up with this kind of situation?

Even i am working on something similar.I would like to know the companies that have such a fund and how it is managed. As in what are the contributions made and for what purposes it isused. Also, would it be possible to loan employee from this FUnd?
