I know, it has nothing to do with training & Development and i am sorry to put this topic under this head, but my intention is to spread the views of Pandit Nehru on reservation to as many people as possible.

It is very good article. Everyone should read this article and grasp sense of this. He didn't want his country to be second class. This is his one of the view on too many issues in India.
Equality is again a very important issue in India.
