I'm just pasting few sentence which i have copied from same site , hope it will help you
I am sending some information you required for MIS.
Firstly the basic need of MIS report to know what are your achievements during monthly, quaterly , halfyearly and yearly in recruitment.
Firstly you try to concentrate what all works or task you do in a month. The Task you achieve.
The list continues based on requirements, however shall be included the following basic reports
1. Recruitment status for the month / Recruitment costs
2. On-roll strength of the month
3. Wage & salaries cost fo the recruitment process, like budgets and presently where are u in the month or quater etc
4.Important happenings/events took place in the month and so... on...on..
5. What are the achievements during the period (how many recruitment and how many your are going to recruit)
