Can any one help me in formulating Exit Interview Format. I shall be grateful to know about further course of action on the review of Exit Interviews. In the instant case, i would like know what are the points to be covered in an exit interview format of employee (Technical job).

hi Everyone....
I'm employed with an MNC its BPO division and dealing with EXits...
The format used by thr compny is pretty fina and has been giving good results...but i want to add something new to it...
it ask the queations like
Reason for leave:
how do employee feel of the org etc etc..
But what i want is how to make the Exit more interesting(both for employee and employers) and useful for (employers in terms of feedback)
what data i should try to capture...
i'm trying a bit but donot wanat exit exit to happen as jus a formality...
Can someone help me plssssssssss...
