I am working with an edible oil industry as an Asst. Manager HR
I am member of the core team of HR in this organisation.
As this is a core team, so we are facing alot of issues in implemetation of HR System.
As per my management, each department they have can show their importance in figure, which is easy to understand while HR talks about preparation of future, employee development, organisation structure etc. without any figure or statistics..........
Now I am planning to prepare an presentation on "Importance of HR in organisation".
And to prepare this presentation I require your valuable suggestions and information.
Kindly help me out with this........please keep in mind that majority of our middle management and sr. management people are holding the position because of virtue of experience not qualification.........
So we need to use the language and points accordingly........
It is very important, kindly help me out.

Hello Sir,
I am not to that high level in the HR beginner. i am not putting any suggestion or advice, but my assumption and view point that i have in my mind.........
HR is as important to an organization as our body to our life........
Unless and until our internal is not working good we will not be able to cope up with the things that we are facing in our external environment.......
Either it was the personal department in earlier times....... or its the HR department nowadays both are important........ as much as the finance & accounts or marketing & sales........
its easy to handle the machines or the money or even if its difficult the same is to handle the human resource........because its the people only who handle machines or money......
to select a right candidate, for a right position in the right time, and most importantly on the right cost is not a game of papers or words.......
I hope what i have written over here will give you a little or more idea for the presentation.........
Kindly let me know if i am wrong somewhere........ and about your presentation....... that how it went......... and if you can correct me then please. it will of great help for me..........
