First of all , your management should have a clear Misson and Vision of the company. Based on that corporate objective should be framed which down the line should be followed for formulation of company policy and practices.

Employees normally like to be retained or join a new company when the policies and practices of the company are good. So it's HR duty to create a healthy and transparent atmosphere in the organisation. Remember if any employee is satisfied with your company then he will ask his known one to join your company but if he is not satisfied , then he will spread bad things about your company in the market which in turn will make it difficult for you to attract fresh talents.

Brand values also matter while attracting best talent from the market. So get an attractive website, promote your brand through different social sites.

Keep on doing employee engagement programmes and employee development programs and posts photographs in your website as most of the employees prior coming for interview check out your company's website.

For recruitment, you may use different social sites or employee referrals.
