hi Prashant,
you can go for diploma courses in HR provided by various b-schools.
if you are interested in specialization in one field of HR then you may get a certification as a trainer or a recruiter as per your area of interest.

HI Prashant,
I do understand your question. Infact, this was my doubt too and posted it some 2 or 3 days before on this forum with te subject "About HR as Career" and I got some valuable suggestions from Adnan, I am copy/pasting the answer for your point from that topic. Here we go with that....
Try to get a couple of standardized certifications within HR (i.e. Certified Recruitment Analyst, Six Sigma Black Belt, ERP (Employee Resource Planning)-HRM, etc. etc.) and obtain a couple of International memberships of world-class HR societies as well (i.e SHRM, CIPD, etc. etc.). Trust me, when this will be added to your credentials, it will serve just like the topping on the chocolate cake yummy!
Also, you can go throug that article for more information.
Hope this will work :)
Regards,
Kiran.
