Hi Friends
I am working as an Executive in a Spice Extraction Company. Here there is no Hr department. The management has asked me to prepare a HR policy for the firm. Can any one forward me a sample HR policy so that I could prepare one for my company.

It would be helpful if you could please define what you are referring to with regards to an HR policy. HR or Human Resources is the corporate function that is responsible for the entire employee life-cycle and includes everything from recruiting to beyond termination. Because of the scope of the function, there are multiple policy decisions that must be considered. For example, a policy to publicly state that you will be fair in all employment decisions, such as EEO and Title VII requires. Or procedurally, a policy to help employees understand key procedural requirements, such as the types of leave available to them and how to gain approval for taking leave.
