The Policy document, and your Presentation, is good and covered almost all angles of HR strategies of an Organization. I would like to add, that(i) there should be a clear cut Mission Statement, and Vision statement, in the HR Policy statements also. (ii)
Under the Code of Conduct, there should be an attempt to inform in unambiguous terms, the disciplinary proceedings, rules, regulations, as embodied in the principles of natural justice. (iii) Travel policies and the payments for touring places other than Head Quarters,should be clear.

Its no doubt a wonderfull presentation, Nice presentation, simple & self explanatory, but you can also detail out the process in a flow chart to make it more presentable.
Also in code of conduct you can add more points relevant to the industry you are tapping for.

Let me appreciate you for a wonderful and a content full presentation. However, one thing I thought was missing off the presentation was some sample policies how they were laid out and how they should have had an impact in an organization. That way the audience should have made personal case studies within their enterprises. BTW, if you find a chance can you also direct us all through some of the discussions that you might have done over framing up a policy and what was the base for your agenda. It would surely be appreciated on the front of everyone of us. Thanks beforehand!!
