1. The Core Team, after due deliberations on the justification of reemploying the individual, duly taking into consideration the benefits and disadvantages of such an action should take a decision to either consider his case or reject the same.
The Core Team is however, precluded from arriving at a decision to reemploy an individual who had earlier:
a) Been removed from service on grounds of misconduct
b) Submitted his resignation after having involved in acts of moral turpitude.
c) Left the organization either by way of resignation or otherwise on suspected Lack of integrity.
d) Left the organization either by way of resignation or otherwise after having been found incompetent of performing his duties.
