People centric approach

Be it the quite quitting, hybrid working model, talent crunch, mental wellbeing-on all fronts, these have compelled business and HR leaders to dive deep to find out how to make it more compatible to business needs. On employee front, mass layoff has been a dark spot on organisations' credibility and sustainability.

In this back drop, HR focus in 2023 may be on consolidating the fragmented work force, devising innovative ways to manage talent through retention strategies, employee experience and engagement.
